WhiteWater West Industries Limited – Case Study Executive Summary This case study highlights some major issuespertaining to WhiteWater West Industries Limited. This option requires WhiteWater West Industries Limited to build a manufacturing factory, which is perfect in every sense. However, in order to find such site which is so perfect, is a hectic matter which could cause substantial time of around one year and a total cost of $,4464,425.
3. Abbotsford Site
This site has its own benefit of being near Vancouver, Seattle and Portland markets, so the customers from those areas can be catered easily if this site is selected. However, some drawbacks also pertain to this site such that hardships in mobilizing the labor from the existing place to this place. For those workers who do not want to work on this place, need other financial assistance causing more cost to WhiteWater West Industries Limited. Along with this, this site will not provide any expansionary area in the future if required.
Apparently for WhiteWater West Industries Limited, it is recommended to opt for Hiram-Walker site, as this site provides more benefit as compared to other sites including less cost, easy mobility of labor, increased expansionary area and so on.
