1. Case Study
A research approach used to provide detailed information on the firms human resource department on employee preferences, strengths, and weaknesses. The term has been applied to understand how the four main characters have been mistreated by the management.
2. Downsizing
It is the termination of employees either permanently or temporarily by a company for various reasons. The layoff has been applied when Bob Slydell and Bob Porter are hired by the Initech as consultants on ways of reducing the number of employees.
3. Power Distance
The term described to comprehend employee culture and relationships. It has been demonstrated through different employee traits and approaches in the group culture at Initech.
4. Motivation
Inspiration has been applied at Initech whereby the consultants have offered Peter a positive impression that helps in relating with his colleagues at the workplace. The promotion has been used as a motivating factor in the movie.
5. Downsizing Campaign
Different operations have been used to present awareness to the employees. The term has been applied to Peter, Michael and Samir learn that their jobs will be eliminated.
6. Results of Downsizing Campaign on Employee
The campaigns have led to an awareness of the loss of jobs that has later caused a retaliation of the three employees stealing from the firms major account.

It is the act of being honest mostly in employees that are under supervised. Peter feels after he notices the amount of money that was being stolen by his coworkers scheme.

It includes a reward of monetary value that is issued to employees due to recompense an injury or loss. Compensation occurs after Initech burns, and some of the workers have to b compensated.
19. Job Evaluation
It is the assessment employees based on the output. The film has applied the evaluation through its appointment of consultants through outsourcing.
20. Outcomes of Lack of Perceived Justice
The consequences of alleged justice have positive outcomes on decision making at the workplace. The film has portrayed the strategy where characters have to take into account various outcomes.
