Job satisfaction and motivation

A small portion will depend on tasks assigned to me. The task requires that I use the least amount of time to complete tasks. I will derive satisfaction from work when I complete the tasks as required by the company.
Financial results promote practices that are beneficial. It is most probable that triumphant employees will enjoy working in companies that are profitable. Therefore, for individuals like Peaches Belanger, salary increment, improved conditions of work, and improved living conditions, increased sales, and improved profits will enhance their job satisfaction. Moreover, life satisfaction is associated with job satisfaction (Steel 49). The investors upgrade the working equipment to suit workers needs. This will cause life satisfaction and in turn job satisfaction.
Ideas in Dispositional Theory and Job Characteristic Theory best explain the satisfaction advantage of Rob Daviau’s over Peaches Belanger. The dispositional theory explains that individuals contain inner dispositions that cause satisfaction despite the jobs that they do. Job Characteristic Theory highlights the impact of job characteristics on job results (Steel 49). Daviau’s job comprises autonomy, task identity, skill variety, and task significance. In contrast, Belanger’s work entails task significance. This means Daviau’s work has a large significance than Belanger’s, making him more satisfied than Belanger.
