Stages of group development

Norming
All the awkward situations in the team are balanced in this phase. The team finds a standard way of doing things. Everyone understands their responsibilities.
Performing
In this phase, the business is carried out in a smooth phase. People learn to take risks and everyone makes their full effort to contribute to the success of the team.
I have been through these phases of the team during my intern in a company. Initially, we were split into teams to work on a project. Our team lead instructed us and defined our individual roles and responsibilities. After that, we started working with each other. There were a lot of issues with each other. As days went on, we got along with each other and everyone got started working hard with each other to achieve success for the team.
